Broadcast journalist Jeff Canoy took his social media followers on a visual tour of the shooting locations of some popular Korean drama series during his recent trip to South Korea.
As seen in his Instagram updates, Jeff went to visit filming locations of the hit series Hometown Cha-cha-cha, Itaewon Class, and Start-Up, as well as Hospital Playlist, Business Proposal, and Vincenzo.
Some of the spots he went to were the Dongdaeumun Design Plaza in Seoul, as featured on Vincenzo; Yeonnamjang cafe as seen in Business Proposal; and the Guryongpo town in Pohang that was made popular by Hometown Cha-cha-cha.
Jeff also got to visit Han River where they shot Start-Up, the Egg Drop store that was featured in Hospital Playlist, and the DanBam pub in Itaewon Class that's located in Itaewon in the Yongsan District.
"Find a group of friends who are just as weird as you and willing to plan a DIY itinerary based on K-drama shooting locations," the ABS-CBN journalist wrote in one of his posts.
"K-dramas sort of saved our sanities during the onset of the pandemic when there was little normalcy to latch on to. So it’s surreal to be in these places and it feels like you’re visiting an old friend you’ve never met but know oh so well."
Talk about living every K-drama fans' dream! Here's a look at his trip:
