Andi Eigenmann flaunts her fitness progress

Actress Andi Eigenmann recently showed off her fitness journey on Instagram. In her post, the actress also gave some tips to her followers on how she’s been getting stronger and fitter.

“Back to boxing with coach @theislandboxer! Lovin' that @ilakaisiargao is right next door and they have an island gym! Back to motivayshun nayshun,” she wrote.

Andi, who has been living in Siargao for quite some time now, happily shared her fitness journey. She has been posting her progress and has been keeping her followers updated through her social media accounts.

While physical activities help a lot in getting back in shape, Andi shared that diet plays a big part in a person’s fitness journey. The key for a healthy way to lose some weight according to the actress is eating the right amount of food.

“The diet plays a big part in this fitness journey, especially when the goal is to shed some weight. But choosing physical activities and sports to enjoy enough to do regularly is a good tip to be consistent,” she shared.

“When I challenge myself to achieve something in a specific sport, I get into a mindset of going for it in a holistic way. Most importantly in eating the right nutrient-dense foods that go with the fitness goal,” she added.

Andi, who is a mom to three kids, is being called by her friends in the comments as their “fitspiration.” She has two kids with her partner, surfing champion Philmar Alipayo, and one kid with her ex-boyfriend Jake Ejercito.
