These were the words of Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz as she shared the photos from her pre-nuptial shoot with fiancé Julius Naranjo.

According to Hidilyn, their shoot happened at three locations.

\"Napakasaya ng pre-nup shoot na ginanap sa Northern Blossom Flower Farm, Baguio Country Club, at Stronghold Athletics, di ko ito makalimutan kasi napatawa nila si Julius ng 9.5, di ko rin makalimutan kung gaano kaganda ang view sa Atok Benguet at Baguio, at kung gaano kasaya kasama ang mga kasama namin dito sa shoot,\" she said in a Facebook post.

The weightlifter relayed that she felt different kinds of emotions during the shoot.

\"Di ko makalimutan ang tawa, pagod, takbo, at hingal sa shoot na ito pero tignan niyo, ang ganda ng kuha! Sana napasaya namin kayo,\" she said.

In her post, she also revealed that they will be getting married on the same day that she won the Olympic gold.

It can be recalled that Hidilyn won the first Olympic gold medal for the Philippines at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan on July 26, 2021.

\"Mag-iisang taon na pala ang pagpapanalo natin ng Gold medal sa Olympics, at ngayon July 26, 2022 magpapakasal na kame ni Julius Irvin Hikaru T. Naranjo,\" she announced.

Hidilyn said that their journey as a couple was not easy. Despite the challenges, their love for each other thrived.

\"Di naging madali ang pinagdaanan namin bilang magkasintahan, maraming naghusga, maraming nagduda, ang daming iyak, at ang daming sakripisyo pero nanaig ang pagmamahal sa isa’t-isa, pagmamahal sa ginagawa, pagmamahal sa bansa, at pagmamahal sa Diyos,\" she stated.

Meanwhile, Julius also took to social media to share their pre-nuptial photos, saying they want to celebrate their love at the time being before they chase more dreams together.

\"It is fast approaching a year since @hidilyndiaz and I along with #TeamHD had accomplished something so great. We’ve sacrificed a lot and had pushed back a lot for the country. However, now it’s different, we have bigger responsibilities and more to prove. But first, we want to celebrate US,\" he posted.

\"Here’s to more struggles, more training, more laughter, more success. Here’s to forever,\" he added.

Hidily and Julius got engaged in October 2021.

\"I'm grateful to God that He sent Julius into my life, he make my life easy, alam ng iba kung ano mga sinasakripisyo niya para maabot namin ang pangarap na Ginto sa Olympics together with #TeamHD,\" Hidilyn wrote upon announcing their engagement in October of last year.

She added, \"Nun laro kinilig at masaya ako kasi siya mismo nagsabi God is the center of our relationship, kaya walang duda magye-YES ako dahil swerte ako may isang Julius nagmamahal, nagintindi, at sumuporta sa’kin.\"

In an interview with Inquirer back in October 2021, Hidilyn shared that they were planning to have their wedding in Baguio.

\"We’re planning a simple private wedding in Mount Costa in Baguio. The place doesn’t really matter as long as God is there and our loved ones,\" she relayed in the interview.
