The local edition of the reality show Drag Race officially revealed its host on Tuesday, July 12.

Paolo Ballesteros, a drag artist himself, has been named as the main host of Drag Race Philippines which will air on Discovery+ Philippines.

“Halleloo huns, come through! Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent sashay their way to discovery+ with the multi-talented artist Paolo Ballesteros as fab host. We’re screaming, sists!” Discovery+ Philippines wrote in a tweet.

The US franchise, arguably one of the most popular drag race shows globally, is hosted by RuPaul Andre Charles, who is more known just as RuPaul.

RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4 contestant Jiggly Caliente, in a tweet, expressed his excitement following the announcement that Paolo will be part of the show. He is set to serve as one of the judges alongside Paolo.
