Awra Briguela, Mimiyuuuh, and Sassa Gurl all came together to pose for the cover of a local fashion magazine.

The Internet sensations-turned-stars appeared on the cover of Preview magazine for its June 2022 issue, in celebration of Pride Month.

They wore matching white dresses by Arwin Meriales and gloves, and jewelry by La Rosa for the cover, which was shot by Cenon Norial III and Mav Bernardo.

"The girls are brave and defiant. Beyond their contagious comedy acts, Preview's June 2022 cover girls, Awra, Mimiyuuuh, and Sassa Gurl, are using their platforms to advocate for LGBTQIA rights and inspire the queer kids at home yearning for representation," wrote Preview as it unveiled its newest cover.

In an accompanying interview, Awra, Mimiyuuuh, and Sassa talked about their roles as queer online influencers proudly representing their community and championing pro-gay rights.

“Aanuhin ko yung followers ko kung hindi ako magsta-stand up for the LGBTQ fans? Kasi hindi lang ako para sa kanila nagsta-stand up, I’m also standing up for myself,” said Awra.
“Ako as an influencer, nagiging political ako kasi marami akong unresolved issues. Gusto kong mapakita sa mga tao na kailangan mabigyan ng karapatan [ang LGBTQIA community]. Kailangan natin ipasa yung SOGIE Bill at yung same sex marriage,” added Sassa. “Isa tayo sa mga minority na inaapi. Dapat maging bukas ang utak [natin] sa mga social issues.”

They also addressed the supposed rivalry among them as thriving queer content creators, stressing that they each have their own thing and therefore don't view each other as competition.

"We’re on our lane. We’re focused on our crafts. So there’s no competition at all,” said Mimi.

"Iba-iba kami ng way, iba-iba din personality namin pero iisa lang hangarin namin—magpasaya at maging masaya," said Awra.
