South Korean girl group ITZY announced their comeback date for their latest mini album, Checkmate, last June 2. Along with their mini album announcement, the girl group dropped their schedule for their first world tour.

Their first stop of the first ever world tour for the group will be in Seoul, South Korea on August 6 and 7. The group will then be flying to the United States to continue with their tour, starting in Los Angeles on October 26 and ending in New York on November 13.

As of this writing, the tour dates of their world tour is limited to the United States. Fans of ITZY living outside the US shouldn’t be discouraged as dates of the tour will be added according to the post.

Ever since the release of their first full-length album, Crazy in Love, in September of 2021, the girl group has been doing individual activities. After 10 months, the five-piece act will come back as a group to promote their fifth Korean mini album.

ITZY debuted in February 2019 with their debut song, “Dalla Dalla”, which topped the Korean music charts as soon as it was released. They continued to make hit songs such as “Not Shy,” “Wannabe,” ”Mafia in the Morning,” and “Icy.” They are considered as one of the leaders of the fourth generation wave of K-Pop along with NCT, TXT, Enhypen, Aespa, The Boyz, and many more.
