As one of the country’s most in demand stars, Vice Ganda recently revealed to his more than 6M subscribers on YouTube just how busy his work schedule can get in his now trending video titled “Busy Ba Si Vice Ganda?” uploaded last April 7.
In the vlog, Vice shared what goes on in a typical work day for him starting off with his daily hosting duties on the long-running variety show It’s Showtime. Right after the show, the 46-year-old comedian revealed why his chosen mode of transportation to his next event had to be a helicopter.
“After Showtime live, didiretso tayo ng Quezon. Dahil ‘di tayo aabot, we have to find a way. And the best way is to ride the helicopter. Let’s go! We are going to the helipad dito sa ABS-CBN dahil nag-aabang na dun ang ating service. Going to Quezon, mga 20 minutes lang; kasi kung magla-land tayo, mga 3 1/2 hours. ‘Di tayo aabot,” he said.
Upon his arrival at the Villa Escudero resort, Vice was immediately given a warm welcome. “Bongga ‘to noh, madaming magagandang pelikula ginawa dito dati. Dito pa nag-stay dati yung mga candidates ng Miss Universe 1994 kung saan nanalo si Sushmita Sen, India,” he observed.
After performing for the crowd in the province the night before, Vice flew back to the city via helicopter again the following morning. “So after ng ganap dito sa Tiaong, Quezon, nakapag-vlog pa tayo ng mabilisan and we’re going back to ABS-CBN for Showtime. And then after Showtime, work again. Kaya pa ba? Kayang kaya. Ito ang tinatawag na ating ratsada. Dire-diretso walang puknat na trabaho. Tae lang ang pagitan. So bawal ang inaantok. It’s Showtime na, putukan ng energy dito. Walang puyat-puyat. Walang pagod-pagod, energy kung energy!” he shared.
That same day, Vice showed his early exit from his noontime show to attend a caravan event in Makati City which also lasted until the evening.
“Early pullout tayo kasi meron pa tayong segue. Walang susuko hanggang hindi tumutumba. Simula na ng Tawag ng Tanghalan hindi tayo umabot, bye,” he said before leaving the ABS-CBN compound.

Before ending his day, the hardworking comedian addressed his YouTube followers and ended the vlog on an uplifting note.
“So ayun tapos na ang ganap. Pagod na pagod na ang katawang lupa natin. Kailangan na rin natin magpahinga. Pagod na ako. So we sleep until we work again tomorrow. Tomorrow we do a collab with one of the most popular vloggers in the country. Thank you so much guys for joining my not-so-busy schedule. Naka-survive na tayo,” he said.
Aside from his weekday noontime hosting on It’s Showtime, Vice also hinted at being ready to make his big screen comeback again since his last film project, the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry The Mall, The Merrier which also co-starred his close friend and Showtime co-host Anne Curtis.
