Selena Gomez reveals not using the internet for four years: ‘It has changed my life’

<p>Selena Gomez revealed that she has not been using the internet for more than four years now to protect her mental health.</p><p>In an interview with <em>Good Morning America</em>, the singer-actress relayed that stepping away from the online world has changed her life.</p><p>"I haven't been on the internet in four and a half years. It has changed my life completely. I am happier, I am more present. I connect more with people. A second season of the show will premiere this coming June.</p><p>In March 2021, Selena released an extended play titled <em>Revelación.</em> It was nominated for Best Latin Pop Album at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards.</p><p>In September 2020 she launched her makeup line called Rare Beauty.</p>
