<p>Last April 21, Herlene “Hipon Girl” Budol shared another update regarding her application to this year’s Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant. The 22-year-old vlogger revealed she went to Araneta Coliseum to submit the rest of the requirements in order to be considered for one of the 40 slots available to make it into the competition. Herlene chose to wear a red outfit for extra luck that day.</p><p>She wrote, “Make up ko for today mga KaSquammy. wish me luck at papunta na me sa Araneta to submit my requirements sa Binibining Pilipinas. eto pala ang aking headshot Pic. Today na ang submission ng requirements sa Binibining Pilipinas. Out of 100 applicants 40 lang daw ang kukunin.
