The Broken Marriage Vow star Sue Ramirez is the latest cover girl of fashion and lifestyle magazine L'Officiel Philippines.

For its April 2022 issue, the actress looked stunning as she posed in pieces made by international Filipino designer Jessan Macatangay, as part of his "Sculptural Sensuality" MA graduation collection.

Born in Batangas, Jessan first made a mark on the international scene with his BA Fashion Design graduation collection as a student of Central Saint Martins two years ago. Currently, he is taking up a postgraduate course at the same art and design school in London whose alumni include legendary designers Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, and John Galliano.

For his creations, Jessan has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Net-A-Porter, Grazia UK, and the US, Italy, and Hong Kong editions of Vogue. He also became the first Filipino to win the L’Oreal Professionnel Womenswear Creative Award for his "Sculptural Sensuality" collection, which is said to draw inspiration from the "restrictive norm that hinders Filipinas from expressing their sensual side."

Aside from Sue, other local celebrities who have worn creations of Jessan in the past include Maymay Entrada (for her first MEGAStyle cover) and Nadine Lustre (for her visual album Wildest Dreams). Both wore pieces from his 2020 graduation collection about "finding the beauty and power in the midst of struggle."
