<p>After an impromptu performance during Kathryn Bernardo’s birthday dinner last weekend at an island resort in El Nido, Palawan, Daniel Padilla dedicated another sweet greeting for his girlfriend’s 26th birthday this year. In his latest Instagram post, the 26-year-old actor dedicated lyrics from American rock band Green Day’s song “Last Night On Earth” which was first released in 2009.
