"LETS GOOOO. can't believe I’m now just counting the weeks (days??) til my ultimate dream project in Surftown LU @portsanjuan finally opens its doors to the community," he said.

"My partners and I have worked on this for a few years now. So I’m absolutely thrilled to see our market level looking all set to welcome tenants, partners, friends, and guests VERY SOON!"

As seen in his post, Rico and his partners will soon launch a one-stop shop for residents and tourists in La Union—dubbed as the surfing capital of the north—called Port San Juan.

"Matagal ko pinangarap ‘to kaya pagbigyan nyo na kung biglaang nag photo shoot nalang ako dito para hindi maiyak," Rico also said in his post.

This is not the first time that Rico, 48, has ventured into business. In 2019, the rock icon also launched his own record label Balcony Entertainment under Sony Music Philippines. His girlfriend, actress-singer Maris Racal, is one of its artists.
