“Paro Paro G” composer Sandy Oliverio shared how he came up with the viral TikTok track.

The song is a massive hit on the social media platform. Sandy's original video of the song has already gained more than 7.4 million views on the said platform.

Meanwhile, numerous netizens including celebrities have also posted their dance covers of the song.

Sandy is a DJ in Northern Samar. He usually serves as a DJ at fiestas in his town.

In an interview with GMA Regional TV, Sandy relayed that he came up with the song when he got to watch an online video of Jose Verano aka Master Seth. In the said video, Master Seth was pretending to induct a group of kids via a ceremony to his group "Paro Paro G."

"Nagsimula po 'yun nung makita ko si Boss Seth, 'yung gumawa ng grupong Paro Paro G. Natatawa ako kapag may binabasbasan siya [na maging miyembro ng grupo]... tapos naisipan ko paano kaya 'pag i-remix ko ito?" he shared.

Sandy composed the lyrics, sang, and created the sound of the viral track.

"Sa lahat ng may talent, tuloy-tuloy lang po [na] buhayin 'yung talent niyo. Tapos darating 'yung araw iyong talent niyo ang bubuhay sa inyo," he said.

Meanwhile, in an interview with ABS-CBN News, Sandy shared that he actually did not initially upload the track on TikTok.

"Una ko po talaga itong inupload sa YouTube tapos tinry ko po na iupload sa TikTok, don na po talaga nagsimula. Akala ko po di papatok. After five hours po nagsisimula na po talagang umangat. In one day po naka-one million po yata 'yun," he said.

The DJ shared that he started doing song remixes at an early age.

"Matagal na po talaga akong gumagawa ng remix ngayon lang po talaga pumutok. Nagsimula po akong mag-DJ nong eleven years old po ako. Mga 6 years na po ako," he said.
