Following in the footsteps of celebrities like Angelica Panganiban who participated in an advocacy campaign advising people to vote responsibly, Pinoy Big Brother host Robi Domingo took his turn this month after partnering with Young Public Servants, a youth group pushing for good governance, in making the advocacy video, which features him hosting a fictional game show called “All or Nothing.”

Starting off the video, Robi posed the question “Sa pagpili ng kandidato, ano ang gagawin mo?” to the viewers. Enumerating the choices, Robi said the first choice is “manghula,” where he advised voters to be sure about their choices in the coming elections. “We can’t fall for and be with the wrong person.” He stressed. For the second choice “phone a friend”, he cautioned viewers about believing in fake news and rumors.

For the final choice “survey says”, Robi shared, “Hindi porke’t nangunguna ‘raw’, magaling na. Minsan magaling lang mambudol. Piliin ang sigurado at may napatunayan na. May malinis na track record, palaging nandiyan, at hindi nagtatago. Sa eleksyon ngayong Mayo, hindi lang isang milyong piso ang nakataya rito. Future mo at ng buong Pilipinas ang mababago.” The kapamilya host also encouraged voters not to believe in everything they see in social media platforms like TikTok and to make more informed choices because their future and the country depends on it.

As his final advice, Robi told voters that they should always go for competent leaders and not those who have less than stellar backgrounds. “Kaya intindihin na ang mga kailangan. I-eliminate mo na iyong mga obvious naman na mali at huwag maniniwala sa mga pangakong ginto. Tandaan: huwag magpapabudol,” he added.
