<p>Actress Angel Locsin made sure to greet her good friend, OPM singer Chito Miranda, on his 46th birthday on Monday, February 7.</p><p>Through an Instagram post, Angel shared her short but touching birthday message for Chito, who is the frontman of the iconic rock band Parokya Ni Edgar.</p><p>"Cheers! Happy birthday sa kaibigan kong malupit na Rakstar. Love you Chong!!!"</p><p>Previously, Chito shared that he became friends with Angel more than a decade ago, while he met Bubbles when she was just a teenager.</p><p>"Nakilala ko si Bubbs nung 16 pa lang sya. Si Gel naman naging kaibigan ko more than a decade ago, at sooobrang dami na naming napagdaanan.
