Actress Carla Abellana has gotten herself a new tattoo, amid separation rumors currently hounding her marriage to husband Tom Rodriguez.
Carla gave a glimpse of her new ink in her most recent vlog post she shared over the weekend.
"I've been wanting to get a tattoo. I've been wanting to get two tattoos actually, but today I'll only get one new one," she said.
"I've been looking forward to this dahil nag-pandemic, hindi natuloy tuloy but my sister and I have been wanting to get tattoos already. So you know, finally, the long wait is over... New year, new tattoo. Why not."
As seen in the video, Carla decided to get a small heart tattoo near her left ear.

Carla and Tom have been the subject of rumors for the past weeks after it was reported that they briefly unfollowed each other on Instagram.
They have since followed each other again, but a cryptic post from Tom on January 25, titled ".float", further fanned the flames.
The couple, who tied the knot just last October 2021 after being in a relationship for over seven years, still hasn't addressed speculations surrounding their marriage. However, a beauty queen-turned-actress who was tagged as a third party in their supposed breakup has already broken her silence.
"Many people are speculating about my involvement in a certain rumor/blind item story that seems to have been circulating today. So before things get too out of hand, I'd like to clarify that I have no knowledge of/involvement with the controversy," said Kelley Day, Miss Eco International 2021 first runner-up and Tom's co-star in the recently concluded The World Between Us series.
"I don't know how or why my name has become linked (I'm surprised, too) but what I do know is these accusations about me are false."
On rumors that she is pregnant with Tom's child and that she flew to the UK to hide said pregnancy, Kelley said: "Truth: I've traveled to the UK to attend the funeral of a family member and to spend time with my UK-based family. I'm not pregnant (nor have I ever been).
"I have never had anything close to romantic involvement/interest with the person," the actress continued. "I have and always will have the utmost respect for the couple. They have always treated me with kindness."
In the end, Kelley warned her followers to be more cautious of "fake news" that abound social media.
"I hope this clears up the false rumors involving me. So much fake news is out there nowadays. I hope we can take more caution with what we choose to believe online," she said.
