BTS member V recovers from COVID-19

ARMYs have yet another reason to celebrate as Kim Tae-hyung or V of K-Pop group BTS has finally recovered after contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease.

His recovery comes after getting a home treatment and isolation which ended on Tuesday, February 22, his agency Big Hit Music confirmed. 

It was last February 15 when V tested positive for the disease. 

Big Hit Music also said V did not show any severe symptoms and only had a mild sore throat and a slight fever.

The agency of the K-Pop superstar made sure the efforts of those working in the medical field do not go unnoticed as it thanked them in its statement.

“We would like to express our gratitude to all the fans who have shown concerns for the artist’s health as well as those in the medical field who are doing their best to overcome COVID-19,” Big Hit said. 

V is not the first member of the sensational K-Pop group to catch COVID-19. Suga, RM, Jin, and Jimin previously caught the disease. 

Meanwhile, BTS is set to push through with their concert in Las Vegas in the US in April.
