Actress-singer Maris Racal is expected to receive the Gold Play Button from YouTube after recently getting one million subscribers on the video sharing site.
Maris, who started uploading videos on her channel in 2014, shared the exciting news with her 5.8 million followers on Instagram on Thursday, February 10.
"After so many years of being on and off on YouTube… I finally reached 1M subs! Thank you to all who subscribed! Grabe kayo! Is this a sign na maging active na ako on YT?" she said.
Aside from her YouTube channel, her latest vlog entry where she featured her boyfriend Rico Blanco, has also hit one million views, the actress happily shared.
"Amazing. Thank u!!!" she added. "Since andito na tayo, anong content gusto niyo mapanood sa channel ko?"
As of writing, her vlog post, titled "Rico Blanco teaches me how to drive (again)", has earned more than 1.4 million views.

Maris, 24, is set to star in the online series How to Move On in 30 Days opposite Carlo Aquino.
The romance comedy, directed by Benedict Mique and Dick Lindayag, is a co-production of ABS-CBN and YouTube. It will stream exclusively on the video-streaming platform later this 2022.
Aside from the show, Maris and Rico are also part of the new iWantTFC series The Goodbye Girl, along with Angelica Panganiban, Barbie Imperial, Loisa Andalio, Ronnie Alonte, and Elisse Joson.
