K-Pop superstar Jungkook of BTS released a new song as part of the soundtrack of FIFA World Cup 2022 which is set to happen from November 20 until December 18.

Aside from the song, the BTS member is set to perform at the opening of the World Cup in Qatar.



He released his song “Dreamers” hours before the start of the tournament. Meanwhile, the music video has yet to be released.

In the 14-second video shared by FIFA World Cup, Jungkook can be seen on top of a building while inviting everyone to watch the highly anticipated sports event.

“See you at the opening,” he said.

Netizens, particularly ARMYs, shared how much they enjoyed the voice of Jungkook in the track. They added how the BTS member showcased his angelic voice in the opening of the track.

Jungkook will perform the song at the opening ceremony set to be held at Al Bayt Stadium.

Aside from the South Korean singer, other artists were invited to showcase their talent for the official soundtrack of FIFA.

“Tukok Taka” is one of the songs on the soundtrack and it’s a collaboration between Nicki Minaj, Maluma, and Myriam Fares.

The FIFA World Cup 2022 kicks off with an opening ceremony and host nation Qatar’s match against Ecuador. There will be 32 teams competing in the tournament and only one will become the next champion.
