As he celebrates his third decade in the entertainment industry this year, rapper Gloc-9 9 (real name Aristotle Pollisco), looked back on his days when he was just starting out to make a name for himself as a recording artist while working as a service crew member for a local bakery franchise.
In his Instagram post last November 15, the OPM artist shared how his co-worker refused to believe he was also a rapper. Lucia Mall.
In the same post, the rapper explained how he was able to convince his colleague about his musical identity.
#kuwentongmakata #gloc9 #makatasapinas 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️❤️❤️”
In 2020, the 45-year-old rap artist responded to the issue of celebrity kids being given more opportunities to become recording artists than other local musicians. Gloc-9 shared, “Music is for everybody! Mayaman o mahirap, kilala man o hindi.
Gloc-9 is currently in Canada along with fellow rapper Shanti Dope for their “Rapsada sa Canada” multi-city tour from November 18 to December 3 in cities like Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Calgary.
