Ice Seguerra excited to have Regine Velasquez be a guest at his concert: ‘Na windang ako ng bongga!’

As he gears up for his upcoming concert Becoming Ice which celebrates his 35 years in the entertainment industry, Ice Seguerra honors one of his special guests for his one-night only event who is also one of his inspirations when it comes to being a performing artist. In his Instagram post last October 3, Ice gave credit to the Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid for inspiring him to sing when he was younger. <a href='https://push.abs-cbn.com/2022/9/19/fresh-scoops/ice-seguerra-adorable-cooking-video-as-a-childstar-202490'>WATCH: Ice Seguerra’s adorable cooking video as a child star</a>He wrote, “I grew up listening to Ate @reginevalcasid music. Sino ba namang hindi, di ba? Pinipilit kong abutin yung mga high notes niya nung bata ako. Kaso, wala talaga eh. Kaya kapag lasing ako at may lakas ng loob, sa bidyoke ko talaga kinakanta yung mga songs niya. Doon ko lang nailalabas ang inner Regine ko pero never kong kinanta during a gig, kasi baka batuhin ako ng mga tao dahil pipiyok ako to the max.
