On his Instagram page, Matteo shared snapshots of his graduation.

“Thank you to my family and friends. It was an honor to train with the nest from the PSG,” he captioned his post.

The ceremony was held at the PSG Grandstand in the Malacañang Park. In attendance was Matteo’s wife, Sarah Geronimo, who pinned Matteo’s graduation badge on him. She proudly showed off his certificates, too. Matteo received a Certificate of Merit as Sharpshooter NR 3, which was presented to him by Ilocos Norte 1st District Representative Sandro Marcos.

“I feel very honored and privileged to be part of the PSG. The men and women here have their own stories of valor, stories of patriotism, and stories of services,” said Matteo as he thanked the PSG for the opportunity to train with them.

“I learned so much from each one of them, not just how to protect the VIP, but I learned so much about myself also in this course,” he added.
