Elisse Joson turned 26 this Thursday, January 6, and her partner, McCoy de Leon, made sure to show his love by penning her a sweet birthday greeting.

On his Instagram page, McCoy shared clips of his sweet moments with Elisse, including one where he is seen putting a necklace around her neck.

He also shared a video of Elisse singing \"Jingle Bells\" to their daughter, Felize McKenzie.

In the caption of his post, the actor wrote: \"I want all the best for you. Happy Birthday My Love!\"

McCoy and Elisse, now both 26, met during their stint as housemates on the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky Season 7 in 2016.

Their pairing, dubbed \"McLisse,\" spawned a following for their sweet on-cam moments. They eventually became an official couple, but broke hearts in 2018 when they confirmed that they had broken up.

However, after a year apart, McCoy confirmed that he and Elisse had gotten back together in June 2021.

In a vlog post, Elisse said that their painful breakup has only strengthened their relationship as a couple.

In October 2021, the couple made headlines after revealing that they are now parents to a baby girl.

The two made the big revelation in an episode of Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10, which saw them returning to the iconic yellow house to ask Big Brother to be the godfather of their daughter.

In a recent interview with PUSH, McCoy said that though he and Elisse are already talking about marriage, they are not exactly in a rush to get married.

“Lagi naming pinag-uusapan ni Elisse yan, pero lagi naming binabanggit sa sarili namin na dapat maging praktikal lang kami. Siyempre, di rin biro ang manganak lalo na ngayon pandemya, kailangang mag-ipon,\" he said.

“Yung kasal, siguro soon, wala namang problema do’n. Darating din naman tayo do’n. Kailangan lang siguro talaga naming paghandaan yon.”
