Marjorie Barretto gave a tour of her private family resort in Calumpit, Bulacan where she and her family usually spend time together to bond during weekends and special occasions.
While Marjorie has been giving fans a glimpse of how her private resort looks like through posts on social media, her latest vlog marks the first time she gave a proper tour of her humble property up north called “River Garden Rest House.”
“The reason why I’m sharing this rest house with all of you is that little by little I’m sharing a little bit of my private life with all of you,” she shared.
“I’m sharing this special place with all of you because this is where the kids grew up. We shared so many memories here. We’ve shared several photos, but I know you’re curious how it looks,” she added.
It took 23 years for Marjorie to build rooms and fill the resort with furniture which she said were mostly her “old stuff.”
“It’s a really small property, don’t be fooled. It’s a really simple property, I just really made the most out of it. Sa hilig ko po sa bahay, dahil mahilig po ako mag-interior, mag-ayos-ayos, little by little, napuno naman namin ito with all of my old stuff,” she said.
Marjorie first gave a glimpse of her pavilion filled with antique pieces where she and her family and relatives usually spend time together to eat food during vacations.

According to Marjorie, her private resort is now open for private rentals that could accommodate families and large groups.
According to Marjorie, she used the money she won from “Pera o Bayong” to build the pool in her private resort.
“Nung nabili ‘to siya some 23 years ago, siyempre wala pa namang pera nu’n, so paisa-isa kong binuild. Kwarto muna tapos isang kwarto muna. And then nanalo ako sa ‘Pera o Bayong’ if I remember half a million,” she shared.
“So, 500,000. So mayroon pa siyang mga showcase na appliances. So dun sa pera na ‘yun, nag-downpayment ako para gumawa ng pool,” she added.
