Cosplayer, gamer, and co-founder of the company Tier One Entertainment Alodia Gosiengfiao took to Facebook to explain the reason behind her cryptic post which took social media by storm.

It can be recalled that several netizens reacted to her post for seemingly taking a swipe at her ex-boyfriend Wil Dasovich.

“Hi, ako nga pala yung sinayang mo,” Alodia wrote in a post.

Her sister, Ashley Gosiengfiao, also hopped in on the fun and commented with: “Tag ko na ba?

But Alodia immediately dismissed speculations on her post, explaining it was “based on a meme” which many people apparently “took seriously.”

“Thank you guys for the support but yesterday’s post was based on a meme quote I saw somewhere on the intarweb but a few people took it seriously so sorry for the confusion!” she stated.

She went on to say that she has been actively sharing memes for almost a decade now.

“I’ve been posting memes daily for a while now because I like sharing funny things. Even have a page dedicated to it which has been up for almost a decade. Alodia Memes,” she remarked.

Wil, who appeared to have been tagged in Alodia’s first post, responded by turning himself into a meme.

Sharing a photo of himself holding a rice cooker with cooked rice in it, he said: “Hi, ako nga pala yung sinaing mo.”

But Alodia didn’t let it pass as she shared a parody of Wil’s post from a group of content creators called Shmek’m. The photo showed a guy in a Dragonball Son Goku-style hairdo with the caption: “Hi, ako nga pala ‘yung SinAIYAN mo!”

To which Alodia captioned with: “It’s over 9000!!”

It was in November last year when Alodia announced that she and Wil had called it quits. The couple first confirmed their relationship in 2018.
