Just like the rest of the country, Zanjoe Marudo said he also had a hard time adjusting to the changes brought about by the pandemic last year.

Dapat mag-move on tayo lagi,” he shared during his Star Magic mediacon last September 22.

The 39-year-old actor revealed the possible reason he has stayed in the industry ever since he started as a Pinoy Big Brother celebrity housemate in 2006.

Dapat laging i-make sure mo na you’re having fun habang ginagawa mo trabaho mo.

One of Zanjoe’s biggest career highlights include being nominated for "Best Performance by an Actor” at the 45th International Emmy Awards in 2017 where he got to attend the event in New York City.

Paying it forward to the next generation of actors who want to build a career like him, Zanjoe shared some simple words of advice.

Zanjoe’s latest project is the much-awaited Philippine remake of the British series Doctor Foster which is titled The Broken Marriage Vow. South Korea also had their own version of the show called The World of the Married. Zanjoe plays the husband of Jodi Sta. Maria who cheats on her with Sue Ramirez.

Zanjoe revealed that he is looking forward to their next shooting bubble for the psychological drama series. “Excited akong magtrabaho ulit. Ngayon nasa bahay lang ako kasi hindi pa kami puwedeng mag-lock-in. Okay ako,” he added.
