Darren Espanto has returned to the Philippines after staying in Canada for more than a month.
On Instagram on Tuesday, September 21, the Kapamilya singer shared that he is already back at work after finishing his mandatory quarantine.
"I’m back in the Philippines! First day out of quarantine and already back to work. Can’t wait for y’all to see what we’re shooting today!" he said.
It was in early August when Darren announced that he left for his hometown of Calgary, Canada to be with his family.
In his previous post, the "Tama Na" singer shared that he flew to Canada before the imposition of the enhanced community quarantine in Manila.
Since then, Darren has been giving his fans and followers a glimpse of his vacation. Here's a look:
Darren, 20, celebrated his seventh anniversary in show business this year. The singer first rose to fame after joining the first kids' edition of The Voice of the Philippines in 2014. While he did not win the contest, he went on to become one of the most successful young acts in the local music scene.
Last May, Darren released a new single entitled "Tama Na", as part of his upcoming album. He also held a virtual concert, titled Home Run, which was a huge hit.
