Broadway star Lea Salonga has returned to New York.
On her Twitter page on Saturday, September 18, the Filipino singer shared that she is back in the Big Apple.
"Thanks for the warm welcome, New York, it feels so good to be back," she posted.
She also posted an update on what happened when she returned to her New York apartment.
"So, what was the first thing I did after entering my apartment? I killed a roach. Yup, I'm definitely back in New York. #NotTodayMofo," she shared.

Lea has been staying in the Philippines since the pandemic struck.
Last year, she released a concert album and a new single.
In December 2020, her Live in Concert with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra album landed the seventh spot on the Billboard’s Classical Contemporary Album chart.
Meanwhile in August in the past year, Lea released a song called "Dream Again ,"which aimed to help raise funds for COVID-19 relief efforts around the world.
