With her starring role in the film The Housemaid now available for streaming online, Kylie Verzosa said that one of her biggest inspirations when it comes to acting is her boyfriend Jake Cuenca.

Na-admire ko talaga siya when it comes to that,” she said.

The 29-year-old beauty queen-turned-actress said that she was also grateful for the advice she has gotten from her longtime beau.

So siguro yun yung natuturo niya sa akin.

Happy talaga ako na supportive yung boyfriend and in this industry, you really need a good support system pag-uwi mo sa bahay kasi mabigat na nga yung eksena, mabigat pa sa bahay alam mo yun. So happy ako na very supportive talaga siya sa career ko,” she shared.

While working on the Philippine remake of the original South Korean film The Housemaid, Kylie said she got help from an acting coach.

“Wala akong acting coach for the first leg pero meron sa pangalawang leg. Yung role challenging talaga siya so mahirap talaga yung role and mas sinigurado ko na prepared ako pumunta sa set para hindi ako mahirapan. Challenge talaga siya para sa akin pero nagawa naman namin with flying colors I suppose,” she said.
