On August 9, KC Concepcion released her latest vlog taken when her dad Gabby Concepcion and her half-sisters visited her in her new house in Manila last June. This was before she went to the US where she has been busy apartment hunting in Los Angeles, California after sharing on social media that she plans to extend her stay.
In the latest vlog on her YouTube channel titled “Kulitan with Papa!” KC hung out with her father Gabby and her half-sisters Sam and Savannah (who can be heard but not shown on camera) and did an impromptu Q & A. During the vlog, KC was visibly happy to be spending time with loved ones. On her Instagram account, she wrote, “Kulitan with Papa! When your family members are also your friends. Fun times with our popps @concepciongabby. x Don’t miss the special participation of my sisters @thesamanthaconcepcion & Savannah!”
The 36-year-old vlogger and jewelry designer and her younger half-siblings were able to ask Gabby spur-of-the-moment questions like ‘Why do you eat cold food?’ and ‘Who would you want to play you in a movie?’ which he gamely answered.
Earlier this year, KC posted online just how thankful she was to be sharing a closer relationship with her father after spending time with him during her birthday spent in Batangas last April. She wrote, “Papa. Cool and down to earth, a joker, a guy’s guy, our #GirlDad - so much time lost, but so so much, regained. I thank God for our phone calls, deep sea dates, nature explorations, talking til we fall asleep. Truly grateful to the universe for keeping our love alive ”
In an earlier post, KC shared just how close she is to her half-sisters. “For those of you who don’t know, my parents married in their teens and unfortunately separated when I was a toddler. Today they have their own families, who are also my own... I keep close to my siblings, or at least I do my part to, and tbh giving importance and nurturing relationships between both my families can be tough—always a balancing act. But I love them all and my life wouldn’t be complete without them. People who have never been in my situation could probably never relate. Will I even have more mental space or energy to make my own one day?? Lol love my unconventional #blendedfamily.”
