For the first time, Kim Chiu, Beauty Gonzalez, and Aiko Melendez are joining forces for Adolfo Alix Jr.'s upcoming horror trilogy Huwag Kang Lalabas.
The award-winning director recently gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the trilogy, which will tell "three stories of haunting secrets, folklore, and urban legends," according to his Facebook post.
Aiko will star in the first episode, together with Bembol Roco and Joaquin Domagoso with the latter playing her son. Meanwhile, Beauty will play a nun in the second episode, where she will be joined by Elizabeth Oropesa and Matet de Leon.
As for Kim, who has been dubbed the "Millennial Horror Queen", she will play the role of Amor in the third episode, titled Hotel, opposite Jameson Blake.
Other cast members include Alan Paule, Soliman Cruz, Tanya Gomez, Erlinda Villalobos, James Blanco, Marcus Madrigal, Tabs Sumulong Tina Paner, Brenda Mage, Dave Bornea, Donna Cariaga, Carlos Dala, Yasser Marta, Ayeesha Cervantes. and James Teng.
Huwag Kang Lalabas is Adolfo's latest project after Kiko En Lala and Circa in 2019.
The horror trilogy, which was shot in Baguio, is written by Jerry Gracio and produced by Obra Cinema Productions
A release date for Huwag Kang Lalabas has yet to be announced.
