Pinoy singer Marcelito Pomoy took to social media to share that he fell victim to a hacker.
In an Instagram post, the 36-year-old singer said his YouTube channel got hacked
He wrote in the caption: “My YouTube channel has been HACKED! Shame on those people doing this … huhuhu … sooo sad!”
Apparently, the hacker has been using his channel to live stream videos. He revealed that he could no longer delete the videos uploaded by the hacker.
In a separate post, Marcelito revealed that his channel has been removed from YouTube.
Admitting he feels “sad and frustrated” over the incident, Marcelito sought support from his followers on how to reach YouTube to regain his account.
“Does anyone knows how to contact YouTube directly for a faster solution? Huhuhu. I feel sad and frustrated … to those who have experienced this kind of hacking incident and regain their account please help me… thank you,” he wrote.
He has over 400,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel. His content ranged from sharing life updates, uploading covers, and philanthropic acts to his Kababayans in need.
Marcelito is the grand winner of Pilipinas Got Talent. Last year, he made headlines after taking part in America’s Got Talent: The Champions.
