Akalain mo yun mataas daw cholesterol ko kaya eto double time na sa pag seseryoso. Kahit naman anong itsura mo sa panlabas e kung mataas cholesterol mo pano na.”Pia remarked that a consistent workout routine is really key to a healthy body."I learned that consistency is key sa pagiging healthy.
