SB19 is set to release its first extended play (EP) entitled Pagsibol.
The Pinoy supergroup made the announcement on its social media pages on Wednesday, June 30, ahead of its upcoming concert to be held on July 18 via KTX.ph.
The title reveal also comes after SB19's collaboration with OPM band Ben&Ben for a new version of its song "MAPA", which was released just last Sunday, June 27.
SB19 released its debut studio album Get in the Zone in July 2020 under Sony Music. The record included nine tracks, including the supergroup's hit songs "Alab", "Go Up", and "Hanggang Sa Huli".
SB19 — composed of members Josh, Pablo, Stell, Ken, and Justin — climbed its way to becoming one of the biggest acts in the country in a span of four years.
In 2020, SB19 became the first Southeast Asian act to enter the top 10 of Billboard Social 50 weekly and year-end charts.
Earlier this year, the group also made a mark as the first Filipino and Southeast Asian act to be nominated in the Billboard Music Awards for the Top Social Artist category, alongside the likes of BTS, BLACKPINK, Ariana Grande, and Seventeen.
Last March, SB19 released their single "What?", which is the first single off their upcoming extended play, which will be released "soon".
