Former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate Lou Yanong opened up about her breakup with André Brouillette. She talked about the split with her ex-boyfriend and fellow ‘PBB’ housemate in an interview on the morning talk show Magandang Buhay.
According to Lou, it wasn’t easy for her to move on from her breakup with André whom she admitted to have loved so much.
“Kasi hindi naman po madali ‘yun lalo na kung minahal mo talaga ‘yung tao,” she said.
While she may have felt pain from what happened between them, Lou said she doesn’t regret anything from her breakup with André.
“Parang wala po, kasi, I guess sa timing. Parang ano po talaga siya, kailangan din talaga just to get to know ourselves more and grow apart, sadly. But, we didn’t know what the future holds,” she said.
Sharing their reason for parting ways, she said: “‘Yung pinaka-main reason lang po talaga is distance. Lagi ko naman pong sinasabi rito na sobrang malambing kami sa isa’t isa. Ngayon kung wala ‘yong factor na ‘yon, sobrang hirap po.
“But, I still care about him and I’m sure kahit hindi ko po siya nakakausap ngayon he still cares about me,” she added.
On why she didn’t regret anything from their breakup, Lou said the love she found in André had already served its purpose.
“Lalo na sa PBB, once in a lifetime mo lang ‘yun masasabi na may nakita ka roon. Feeling ko nabigay lang namin ‘yung purpose namin sa isa’t isa, marami na kaming natutunan. Kasi some purpose naman po hindi pang-lifetime,” Lou said.
“Triny po talaga namin. Hindi naman po kami magbi-break kung hindi po namin tin-ry. Siguro hindi lang talaga,” she said. Lou likewise dismissed speculations that were at all any issues related to trust. “I don’t think it’s about that po.”
“Longing for each other po. Kasi mahirap kung mag-go-grow apart. Kasi kahit ilang months lang po ‘yun o days, ‘di po ba napag-usapan din po last time na we are ready for anything. We’re going to fight for it but we’re ready for anything,” she said.
When asked if she’s open to welcome André back should the time come, Lou said she isn’t closing her doors. “Pag-uusapan po. Opo, baka pag-usapan. Baka pwede mapag-usapan,” Lou said.
