Celebrity couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera proudly shared that they finally got vaccinated for COVID-19.
Sharing a photo of him and his wife after getting vaccinated, Dingdong revealed that both of them received their first doses of the Sinovac vaccine on Independence Day.
The couple — who can be seen hugging each other in the photos — had their first jabs in Taguig City where vaccination for the A4 priority group had already begun.
Kailangan naming tanggalin ang aming first line of defense sa COVID-19,” Dingdong wrote in the caption of the photo.
While he felt nervous to get vaccinated, Dingdong revealed that he did some thorough research and consultation to gather strength.
“Kabado man, through research and consultation with experts, mas nagkaroon ako ng lakas ng loob para magpabakuna. This is my way of ensuring not only my health and safety but also of my loved ones and my community,” he remarked.
