Solenn Heussaff shared she has been suffering from De Quervains Synovitis.
According to mayoclinic.org, the condition is "a painful condition affecting the tendons on the thumb side of your wrist."
"Wake up early because of the pain I get from my Dequervains Synovitis. It's been 5 months and it sucks (sic)," she posted on her Instagram Stories.
The actress shared that she has been using her left hand. "[It] has made me realize how unfriendly everyday things are to left handed people," she said.
Solenn relayed that she already tried different methods to combat the condition.
"I have tried hand exercises, dry needling, thumb splint. Giving it 2 more weeks and will take the injection of steroids on affected as everyone recos," she said.
The actress admitted that she missed doing particular exercises using her hands.
"I never thought I would say this: I miss push ups and burpees lol," she wrote.
