<p>Kapamilya singer-actress Regine Velasquez-Alcasid was hailed the Icon of the Year at the recently concluded MEGA Fashion Awards 2021, held virtually on Friday, May 28.<p>On Instagram, MEGA Magazine paid tribute to the Asia’s Songbird and wrote, “A queen on and off the stage, our Icon of the Year is one of the greatest musical artists in the Philippines and a record-breaking artist who continues to soar higher and higher. This year’s MEGA Icon of the Year is Regine Velasquez-Alcasid.”<p> 

Celebrities like Angel Locsin, Nadine Lustre, and Heart Evangelista, among others, were also recognized at this year’s MEGA Fashion Awards.
