Erwan Heussaff taught wife Anne Curtis how to make tuna-based dishes with a twist in the latest video uploaded on the YouTube channel of FEATR.
In the said video, Erwan was blindfolded while teaching Anne how to create Feta Pasta and Tuna Onigiri.
"Today it's going to be very different because Anne has a couple of ingredients in front of her and she is going to have to cook the dishes. I for one will not cook anything and I will be sitting next to her with a blindfold solely giving her instructions," Erwan said in the video.
Anne successfully created Feta Pasta and Tuna Onigiri with Erwan's instructions.
"You did a good job!" Erwan commented when he tasted the Feta Pasta made by Anne.
When it comes to Anne's Tuna Onigiri, Erwan told his wife, "It's not bad. The only issue I have with it is that the tuna was splitting out. The whole point of you putting a teaspoon or half a teaspoon of tuna unto the palm is to make sure that it gets completely covered in the sides... Not bad. I'm impressed."

"I think today proves something really important. You can make really good food and healthy food if you have the right ingredients and if you have the right instructions. Cooking for yourself doesn't have to be complicated," Erwan said by the end of the video.
