Alice Dixson has returned to the Philippines from Canada with her baby.
The actress posted a clip of herself and her child upon their plane's arrival in the country.
Last April 15, Alice shared that she will be flying back home with her baby but admitted that she was a bit apprehensive about it because of the pandemic.
“Truth be told, I’m a bit anxious about flying back to Manila this month with travel restrictions, COVID & all. Many people have questioned and discouraged me pero tingnan natin. Wish us good luck and health,” she said in her post last April 15.
It was on April 2 when Alice announced that she had become a mom.
"For those of you who really know me—you’ve known that I’ve been praying for this every year on my birthday for 10 years now. Each year—my wish the same when I blew out my candles," she said in her announcement post.
She added that having her baby has been a dream come true. "So with great patience, belief and trust—I am happy to announce my wish has finally come true. Our newest little family member has arrived," she remarked.
In an interview with ANC's Headstart in 2019, Alice relayed that at that time, she and her partner were in the process of having a baby via surrogacy.
"Well my personal journey is super personal, pero sige I will share it. We are still in the process of surrogacy. My partner and I, oo. So I have not given up on that," she said in the interview.
