Lee Donghae of South Korean boy group Super Junior kept his promise to his fans as he recently released a new version of his song “Sunrise”.
Hours before the release, Donghae took to Instagram to share with his fans that he’s got a surprise up his sleeve: a new rendition of his 2018 song “Sunrise” for all of them to enjoy.
The K-Pop artist said he released the song as part of his promise to repay the love to his fans who patiently waited for his return.
“Hello this is DONGHAE! Finally, I have made new content to keep my promise to you. I hope this can repay your love as you’ve waited for a long time,” Donghae wrote in the caption of his post.

Last March, Donghae held a mini-concert as part of a special commemorating Super Junior’s comeback.
Written by Donghae himself, the song is described as one “which makes any fan feel free, like in the midst of a summer day.”
The music video — which was shot in Japan — fused nature and project-mapping for the visual aesthetics.
Super Junior made a comeback last March with the release of a new album called The Renaissance.
