Janella Salvador admits struggling with self-confidence after giving birth

<p>Janella Salvador admitted that she has been struggling with her self-confidence after she gave birth.<p>“I wouldn’t say I got fully depressed, but there are many times until now that I have to remind myself that, ‘Hey, you gave birth to a human, that’s pretty amazing, that’s pretty hard.’ Because, after giving birth, I really lost confidence in myself, a lot of confidence,” she said in an interview with Metro.Style.<p>Amid the challenges of regaining her confidence, Janella shared that she is trying her best to apply self-care.
