Kobe Paras got candid and recalled being depressed when he came back to the Philippines a few years ago.
On his Twitter page, the athlete shared, "When I moved back to the Philippines 4 years ago, I was at my lowest. I was depressed, suicidal, I just felt so lost."
Kobe confessed that even until this day, there are days that he does not feel okay.
"Until now there are days I don’t feel like me," he admitted.

He then shared some advice saying, "Whatever you’re going through, find a purpose and stick to it. It’s not easy at all. Only you can save yourself."

Kobe used to play for collegiate teams in the United States before he came back to the Philippines.
In 2018, he became part of the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons.
This year, Kobe returned to the U.S. after signing with sports management East-West Private (EWP).
