Award-winning actress Charlie Dizon celebrated her 25th birthday with her family on Monday, April 12, amid the coronavirus pandemic.
On Instagram, Charlie shared photos of her simple birthday celebration at home and thanked all those who remembered to greet her on her special day.
"Thankful for all the blessings. Thank you to everyone who remembered. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Universe," she said.
Charlie is best known for her role in the Star Cinema film Four Sisters Before the Wedding and the coming-of-age movie Fan Girl, for which she won best actress at the 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Antoinette Jadaone, who directed Fan Girl, was among those who shared their birthday greetings for the actress.
Sharing a photo of Charlie on Instagram Stories, Antoinette wrote: "Oh taray! Pa-pose pose 'yan nang ganyan pero nung nanalo ng Best Actress parang bingo sa tindahan ni Aling Nena ang napanalunan."
"Happy happy bday our forever fan girl, @charliedizon_! 'Yung wish ko sa 'yo sa card, sana ipa-frame mo!"
Charlie is set to star in the upcoming ABS-CBN series Viral, where she will portray a woman who becomes a victim of a sex scandal.
