WATCH: Mimiyuuuh teaches American rapper Saweetie Filipino slang

Filipino social media sensation Mimiyuuuh had the chance to interview American rapper Saweetie — and she took the opportunity to teach her some Filipino words.

Mimiyuuuh, who happens to be a fan of Saweetie, fangirled over the rapper before taking on the task of teaching the latter Filipino slang.

“I’m really honored to be interviewing you right now because I really love listening to your music. It makes me feel like a bad bitch that can conquer the world. You know what I’m saying? Periodt!”

One of the words Mimiyuuuh taught Saweetie was the Filipino slang of best friend since the rapper recently released a song with Doja Cat titled “Best Friend.”

Using the word in a sentence, Saweetie said: “How are you, bes? C’mon bes!”

According to Saweetie, her most favorite Pinoy slang is “momshie” because she finds it “cute.”

“My favorite slang is momshie, so far. I don’t know. I like the way it sounds. ‘What’s up, momshie or ‘Hey momshie,’ ‘It’s okay, momshie’. You know, it’s like cute,” she said.

Towards the end of the interview, Saweetie thanked Mimiyuuuh, adding: “Imma have to copy your hairstyle girl ‘cause I like that.”

The 27-year-old rapper also thanked all her fans, saying: “Shout-out to all my momshie, to all my bes. I love you guys so much. Mahal kita.”
