ABS-CBN denies rumor that ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’ is ending soon

ABS-CBN’s Corporate Communications wants to end speculations that Coco Martin’s top-rated teleserye FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano will be ending its run soon and will be releasing an official statement regarding the matter.

Entertainment columnist Ricky Lo also answered rumors about the show’s life span in his most recent Instagram update by quoting an unnamed source from the show’s production who stated that the action-drama series has been extended until July this year, just two months short of its sixth year anniversary.

Ricky Lo’s post reads, “#Tuloy!!! ...FLASH: Coco Martin’s long-running Kapamilya action series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano has been extended until July this year, just two months short of its 6th anniversary. Got this good news from somebody who is involved in the production. Premiered in Sept. 2015, the series chronicles the exploits of the ‘unkillable’ cop Cardo Dalisay played by Coco. Continue watching it on A2Z and other Kapamilya channels. Right on, Coco!!!”
