"I told my family last time I was in the States before the pandemic na magpo-propose na 'ko," he said. "That was the plan talaga. I reached out pa to Christian Bautista to help me find this jeweler for the ring."Recalling the moment Tom knelt down in front of her and asked her hand in marriage, Carla said: "While proposing, wala akong naintindihan sa sinabi niya.
