After being declared the 4th Big Placer during the recent Pinoy Big Brother Connect Big Night event, the housemate known as “Ang Kwelang Fangirl ng Sarangani” Jie-Ann Armero summed up her three month experience with the reality show.

Taking home a cash prize of PHP200,000 after receiving 2.66% combined votes, Jie-Ann said she does have one regret about her PBB experience.

Siguro yung hindi ako nag speak up in public, yung hindi ako nagbibigay ng suggestions. Kasi parang yun yung naging kahinaan ko and yun yung pinagsisihan ko na sana ginawa ko na lang pero andito ako and super proud ako sa sarili ko na nakaabot ako dito kahit hindi ko man siya nagawa, pero binubuhos ko na lang yun sa pag gawa ng mga task,” she said.

During her first month in the house, Jie-Ann’s lack of water supply in her hometown of Saranggani got put into the spotlight after an awkward interaction with fellow housemate Justin Dizon (who apologized for his insensitive remarks about her hygiene). The 16-year-old housemate was happy to discover this has led to actual changes in their water situation.

Out of all the housemates, Jie-Ann also shared who was the one that challenged her the most.

Now that their PBB season is over, Jie-Ann admitted she would love to be given a chance to be part of showbiz.

Jie-Ann also shares her top picks if her life story was ever going to be shown on TV. “Siguro kung magkakaroon man tungkol sa buhay ko sa MMK, gusto ko ang mag-portray sa kuwento ng buhay ko ay si Loisa Andalio or si Kathryn Bernardo,” she said.

One of the top things Jie-Ann is also looking forward to going back to in the outside world is being able to eat with her family again.
