Actress Jessy Mendiola treated her fans to another makeup tutorial on her YouTube channel on Thursday, March 18.This time, Jessy shared her "everyday" makeup tutorial which she does whenever she would shoot a vlog.“I’ve been reading a lot of comments and suggestions na sana gumawa raw ako ulit ng makeup tutorial," said Jessy.“Hindi naman din talaga ako magaling mag-makeup. Marunong lang ako but I’m not really the type na magaling sa eyeshadow, ‘yung mga color combinations na medyo wild, hindi ko kaya ‘yun. But I’m really excited to do this kasi ito ‘yung look na lagi kong ginagawa kapag nagshu-shoot ako ng vlog," she added.Aside from her makeup routine, Jessy also gave a step-by-step guide on how to achieve her favorite hairstyle. "So, the reason why I wanted to start my own vlog was for people to get to know me better. I read your comments, and of course, ‘yung mga not-so-nice comments nababasa ko rin na sinasabi nila, ang tagal tagal ko na raw nagva-vlog and hindi raw masyadong naggo-grow ‘yung subscribers ko," she continued."But the thing is kasi, I am not doing this for the [subscribers]. I am not doing this for the views only. I want to put out content that I really like. Hindi ako makulit na tao. Hindi ako madaldal masyado. Hindi ako ‘yung over the roof na energetic na tao. But you know, I’m just really enjoying doing this vlog. I’m just really happy that I have my own YouTube channel kasi here I could express myself properly," she added.Jessy, 28, joined YouTube in 2018. As of writing, she has more than 300,000 subscribers on her channel.
