Mataray? Kylie Verzosa reacts to assumptions about her

Beauty queen-actress Kylie Verzosa reacted to assumptions about her in her newest vlog post on Monday, March 15.

In the nine-minute video, Kylie shattered assumptions that she is "mataray" and that she doesn't ever feel insecure.

"Alam niyo, ang dami niyong nagsasabi, mataray, masungit, intimidating [ako]," she said. Once you get to know me, I'm super approachable.

"Siyempre, as a person, I still have my down days," she also said. I'm trying to work on it pero unti unti kong nasasabi, I've been getting better at it."

On the notion that she's on a very strict diet, Kylie said: "This is false! Hindi ako on a strict diet. I don't eat beef, chicken, pork anymore. Pero mahilig pa rin ako mag-sweets, mag-pizza, mag-burger, mag-candy. Kahapon nag-chocolate ako at nag-milk tea.

She also denied that she doesn't buy cheap clothes, saying she actually likes to shop at "ukay-ukay" stores.

"False! So pagdating dito sa Manila it's called vintage, 'di ba, pero galing ukay talaga 'yun," she said, before adding, "Marami sa designers na gamit ko, bigay."

The actress confirmed that she couldn't cook, however, "during quarantine, isa sa mga natutunan ko 'yung magluto."

On the assumption that she doesn't eat street food, Kylie replied: "False!

She also clarified the notion that she's related to actor Gardo Versoza.

"Hahaha! Ang dami talagang nagsasabi sa 'kin nito. Yes... terday. Chos.
